About Us

James started working in the Venison Industry in 1988 with Mountain River Processors. He soon started supplying venison cuts to Restaurants, Supermarkets and Butcheries. In the last 4 years Angela has joined the team.

We are a small 2 person operation dedicated to supplying the best quality Venison at a competitive price.  We both enjoy working with the customer to get them the very best cuts for their business.  We get great satisfaction in supplying the customer with a cut that they didn’t know you could get. We are always looking for new ways and ideas with Venison.
